This policy explains how QuantStruct Solutions ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and protects personal data when you use quantstructsolutions.com. We are committed to handling your information in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Cyprus Law 125(I)/2018.
1. Who we are
QuantStruct Solutions is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. You can reach us at contact@quantstructsolutions.com for any privacy-related request.
2. What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us through our contact form:
- Your name, email address, message, and an optional subject.
- Your IP address is used only transiently, in memory, to rate-limit the form against abuse. It is not stored, logged, or written to any database.
We do not run advertising or analytics tracking, and we do not build profiles of visitors.
3. Why we use it (lawful basis)
We use the information solely to read and respond to your enquiry. Our lawful basis is your consent in choosing to submit the form, together with our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and taking steps at your request before any potential engagement.
4. How your message is handled
Our contact form is processed by Solvagio's "Moat" service, which performs human-verification and relays your message to our mailbox. Moat is a stateless relay: it verifies the request, sends your message over an encrypted connection to our mail server, and discards it within the same request. It does not store your message in any database, log, or file.
Moat, its infrastructure, and our recipient mailbox are all hosted in Greece (EU/EEA). Your data is not transferred outside the EEA. The only sub-processor involved is our hosting provider, which operates the servers and mailbox.
5. How long we keep it
The Moat relay retains nothing. Once delivered, your message exists only as an email in our mailbox, which we keep for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting relationship, after which it is deleted.
6. Security
Your data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS from your browser, and STARTTLS to our mail server). No message content is stored at rest by the relay; the only stored secrets (mail credentials and signing keys) are encrypted using AES-256-GCM.
7. Cookies and browser storage
This website uses no cookies and stores no data in your browser — nothing is set in cookies, localStorage, sessionStorage or IndexedDB. We run no advertising or analytics tracking and do not profile you. The contact-form verification runs in memory and leaves nothing stored on your device.
8. Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to our processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. To exercise any of these, email contact@quantstructsolutions.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (in Cyprus, the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection).

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above always reflects the current version.
